Stage 29 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel was one of the toughest yet! I battled headwinds, my own energy levels and plenty of traffic during this huge loop in Berlin.
Stage 28 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel saw me shuttling between mainly Lichtenberg and Wartenberg. This Stage also passed by some amazing murals!
My blood glucose was not very well-behaved during Stage 27 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Despite this it was a great tour enjoying some of the many lakes and water ways in and around Berlin. Plus a visit to the car-loving town of Falkensee!
I visited Tegel Airport for the first time during Stage 26 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. The rest of the Stage focused on the northernmost district of Berlin – Buch!
Visiting many of the industrial areas in Berlin was the focus of Stage 25 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Plus a stark reminder of the measures taken to control the Covid-19 outbreak with so many empty areas.
Stage 24 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel followed some of the transport routes that pass through some of the posh areas of Berlin. It was also an opportunity to visit some of the Holocaust memorials in these areas.
A tour of the forests and waterways in the East of Berlin plus forays into Brandenburg made up most of Stage 23 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Plus a reminder to check ferry timetables in the future!
Stage 22 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sampled some example of high-rise architecture in Berlin. Plus a spectacular tongue twister street name thrown in for good measure.
Strausberg, aggro-stork and sightseeing were all part of the Stage 21 of the Grand Tour de Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. It was also a long stage with extremely well-behaved blood glucose!
